Refund policy

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept any exchange, refunds or returns. If you do have any problems with your scrunchies please contact us at admin@scrunchietti.com and we will be happy to help!

Our description for each scrunchies are true with every sample made. However, do allow slight differences in measurements as all our scrunchies are handmade and no two scrunchies would be exactly the same.

Damaged items

We would require a photo image of the defective product. Once we have confirmed on the fault, you can return the product for repairs or we can offer you store credit at your shipping expense. Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
