Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped within one week of order. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

• Letterbox delivery - tracking code will be emailed to you once the label is created. This takes about 3 - 10 working days to be delivered to you. 
• Doorstep delivery - tracking is available via Shippit. This takes about 1 - 2 working days to be delivered to you.
• Free Letterbox delivery (for purchase above SGD30) - tracking code will be emailed to you once the label has been created. This takes about 3 - 10 working days to be delivered to you. The cost of mail is covered by Scrunchietti. If you would like your package to be delivered to your doorstep instead, you can choose to opt out of this by selecting other paid trackable options. 

Please note that mailing tiers depends on the weight of your package. Letterbox delivery will be up to 2kg. If your order amount to more than 2kg and does not qualify for Free Letterbox delivery, only the Doorstep delivery option will be available to you. 

Letterbox delivery will be handled by Scrunchietti via Singapore Post. Other packages will be handled by Shippit via Singapore Post. Alternative couriers may be arranged via Shippit depending on your order. 

International Delivery

• All shipping charges for International Delivery will be calculated automatically via Easyship upon checkout based on the current rates and the weight of your package. 
• All International Deliveries are trackable. Tracking code will be sent to you once it has been picked up by our courier. 
• Shipping can take anywhere between 10 - 21 business days depending on your location. 

Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees

• International orders may be subject to additional Customs, Duties and Taxes determined by the destination country.
• International customs, duties and taxes are not included in the product prices and/or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for the relevant Customs, Duties and Taxes.
• Scrunchietti has no control over these charges and are not responsible for any Customs, Duties and Taxes. These additional fees may be required to be paid before or upon delivery of your order. Please check with your country's customs office prior to purchasing if you are unsure of any additional fees that may be incurred.
